We encourage you to use the complaints mechanism your organisation has in place.

If your organisation is a CHS Member, you can use CHS Alliance’s complaints mechanism.

Please note that the Misconduct Disclosure Scheme does not handle complaints directly, unless they are related to the quality of implementation (more information).
